2 CHRONICLES 7:16
OVERCOMING THE AZEC GODS The sky above, had looked over the ruins of the great Aztec temple of holocaust which housed idols of turquoise and coral - knowing - soon, she would come. In honor of the one God, the True God who triumphed over sin, we named these two chaplets, Earth of Tepeyac and Sky of Tepeyac. Tepeyac being the barren hill where Mary visitied Juan Diego in 1531. for more information on these chaplets see: EARTH OF TEPEYAC - SKY OF TEPEYAC MORE LINKS |

+ 4 SETS OF 3 BEADS DIVIDED BY A LARGER BEAD AVE BEADS: traditional Guadalupan chaplet with its 4 sets of 3 beads divided by a larger bead. Her 4 apparitions are honored in the first 4 pendant beads. In honor of Mary's visit to Juan Diego in 1531. This chaplet is especially important today in this world of abortion and terrorism fears on our borders. PATER GEADS: natural coral Beautiful, antique
blue beads remind us of Mary's robe, while the turquoise chunks and naturl
coral symbolize the traditional Aztec colors and how she overcame them,
giving the stones back to God. Two powerful chaplets dedicated to
the Patroness of the Pre-Born and the Americas.

I can't find words to adequately express my impression of the Garment of Guadalupe. As a Hispanic of Mexican heritage and as a one-time pilgrim to Our Lady's Basilica in Mexico City (1987), I have the greatest fondness of Our Blessed Mother under the title of Our Lady of Guadalupe. This chaplet has become a very 'prized possession' in the few days I've had it. + I've never prayed the Rosary as much as I have in the last couple of weeks with your rosary (carved bone/Franciscan) and with this chaplet. The chaplet makes it enjoyable and safe to pray while I'm driving. I really shouldn't refer to it as a "prized possession" though. I feel that I just being allowed to use it for a time and others will continue to use it and soak it with prayer and praise long after I'm gone. You've really captured the essence of Our dear Virgen Guadalupana. John Medina (Corpus Christi TX) |
