THE BEADS COULDALK! This rosary shows remarkable wear over years of use. Just holding this rosary in your hands gives one a powerful sense of compassion and love. If it could only talk of its owner's life and prayer time. We have set a newer bead next to it that is similar but not as old to give you an idea of how worn these beads are having traveled through the fingers of their counter over time. + The chain and crucifix along with the fact that it has no center medal suggests it is probably from the early part of the 19c. for more information

Originally this crucifix had a wood inlay in the brass cross with crucifix attached. It shows heavy wear from use. Note file marks on metal giving way to the fact that the crucifix being hand made. Small at 2 in - may not be original crucifix. |
