whose dreams do we follow? The dreams of our forefathers are not the same as "Dreams From My Father" (1995 - a book written by 'one man', Barack Hussein Obama, (POTUS.) Our forefathers, the Patriots of our nation, in co-operation and prayer, wrote down their dreams for a new nation - under God - not published in a book you can read - but on parchment you can live. We call those dreams the "Constitution of the United Sates" + BILL OF RIGHTS This living parchment was signed by 40 delegates - not one man - and the "Bill of Rights" was signed by 56. THOSE WHO SAIL THE SEAS We honor our family members, friends, all, who served above and below the waters of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans in times of peace and war. Not to forget those who fought in the Battle of Lake Erie (1813), a deciding battle for our freedom from England. +
Pleas pray your personal rosary for all who serve, served and died in the NAVY, RESERVES, COAST GUARD ? COAST GUARD RESERVES, MERCHANT MARINES (The Privateers), and as a Chaplain in the US Navy and Marines. Pray for the Communion of Saints, family members, all - that they continue to intercede, to continue the fight for our freedom from above. |

A reminder of the massive oceans on which our women and men serve, the swirls remind us of the waves on the seurface of the water.
AVE BEADS: These
large, old beads (1920-60 - Gablonz) are a perfect reminder of the rolling
sea traveled by our Navy and Coast Guard daily on patrol and in battle.
PATER BEADS: The Paters are a deep blue called "Montana Blue" in a matte
finish reminding us of the depths of the ocean. Each Pater is capped with
an antiqued filigree to bring out the strength of the hulls and the keels
below their feet.

THOSE WHO FLY Inspired for all those men and women who flew in the United States Air Force. The USAF is the aerial warfare service branch of the United States Armed Forces and one of the seven American uniformed services. The Chaplain Corps for the Air Force was formed in 1942. +
Initially part of the United States Army, the USAF was formed as a separate branch of the military on 18 September 1947 under the National Security Act of 1947.[1] It is the most recent branch of the U.S. military (see wikipedia) + AIR FORCE RESERVE ? AIR NATIONAL GUARD Honoring all who now serve or have served in the past, the Air force, Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard and served in the Air Force Chaplain Corps. |

'SKY BLUE' reminds us of our frredom fighters who soar above the earth to protect us below. The granite ends symbolize the earth below. Facets catch the sun.
AVE BEADS: The
faceted 'gemcuts' are from Czechoslovakia, known for their high end glass
beads. The Aves are a gracious and brilliant translucent blue reminding
us of the clear sky above. Each captures the light in its own way, some
you can see light through. PATER BEADS: The Paters are faceted and
sunny in color. Each has been capped with an antiqued filigree, the metal
reminding us of the planes driven by our airmen and women. EAch rosary
holds a figural winged medal of St Michael the archangel for protection.

CONTINENTAL ARMY: Formed on 14 June 1775, before the establishment of the United States, to meet the demands of the American Revolutionary War. The Congress of the Confederation officially created the United States Army on 3 June 1784. Boots on the ground. +
CONTINENTAL MARINES: In 1775, two battalions of Continental Marines were formed in Philadelphia (Nov. 10) as naval infantry. Its mission grew to serve into every American armed conflict including foreign. Known for amphibious warfare during WWII in the Pacific theater. For all those who serve and served as Chaplains in the Army and Marines and those in the UMS - who protect our boarders, including the Texas Rangers (1850) the oldest law enforcement group in our nation. |

SEALS are a part of the Naval Special Warfare Command (SEa Air Land) operating on Sea Air Land in the war on Terror. Can trace their beginnings to WWII but were formed in 1961). UDT (Under Water Demolition Teams - 1944) , Frog Men - CIA/Seal Team 6 found and killed Osama bin Laden in Pakistan (May 2011). +
DELTA FORCE A branch of the US Army, Delta Force was formed November 1977. A joint task force including Delta Force found and captured Saddam Hussein (Dec 2003). We have listed some of the battles here in our nation - as a reminder - that made a difference for who we are today. Family members, ancestors, who fought for the right to bear arms, freedom of religion, free speech, own property - the Constitution of our nation along with the First Amendment and the Bill of Rights. Some where in this list below, a relative stands. + PASSING ON THE GIFT If we do not know our history, we miss the life giving gift of our freedom today. We miss our roll in the relay race of sorts. CHURCH MILITANT FIELD MANUAL "No, we shall not be saved by a formula but by a person"JPII (A Program for all times) " A Training in Holiness, written by Father Rick Fr. Rick Heilman. The spiritual devastation of the last few decades compelled Pope John Paul II to draw up his master plan for the New Millennium, the Apostolic Letter At the beginning of the third millennium, a “program for all times.” In his plan, he emphasized the importance of “starting afresh from Christ”: “No, we shall not be saved by a formula but by a Person.” Thus, Pope John Paul II called for pastoral initiatives that would focus on “Training in Holiness” and “Schools of Prayer.” (see Knights of Divine Mercy link, bottom of page) |

Over the centuries many of our volunteer and paid firefighters and peace keepers have suffered injuries and died in the line of duty. This is true with our protectors of peace, our local and state police, and those who protect our boarders and shores. We need to ask them - along with our military - to intercede for us as the: + Communion of Saints Cloud of Witnesses Mystical Body of Christ + 1st CORNTHIANS 12:12,20,26
WOUNDED AND FALLEN The war rages on, and even if our wounded and fallen today are not in the battle of flesh, they are still in the battle. THE WOUNDED: Those wounded who suffer pain every day are still able to offer their pain as redemptive sufferers. THE FALLEN: Those who have fallen in battle are still able to fight the war through intercessory prayer as members of the Communion of saints, The Cloud of Witnesses and the Mystical Body of Christ. As intercessors, they are more powerful than we know! + REDEMPTIVE SUFFERING
STILL ABLE No matter where or who we are someone in our family history or ancestry, fought and gave their lives so their children and children's children - you and I - could live in freedom. Millions, one on one, spilled their life's blood to free us from tyranny and reminding us of how our lord, Jesus Christ gave his life blood so we could be saved from sin. + WHO IS THE MYSTICAL BODY OF CHIRST? CCC 1396 The unity of the Mystical Body: the Eucharist makes the Church. Those who receive the Eucharist are united more closely to Christ. Through it Christ unites them to all the faithful in one body - the Church. Communion renews, strengthens, and deepens this incorporation into the Church, already achieved by Baptism. In Baptism we have been called to form but one body.233 The Eucharist fulfills this call: "The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not a participation in the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not a participation in the body of Christ? Because there is one bread, we who are many are one body, for we all partake of the one bread:"234 + REVELATION 5: 8
COMMUNION OF SAINTS? CCC 1475 In the communion of saints, "a perennial link of charity exists between the faithful who have already reached their heavenly home, those who are expiating their sins in purgatory and those who are still pilgrims on earth. Between them there is, too, an abundant exchange of all good things."87 In this wonderful exchange, the holiness of one profits others, well beyond the harm that the sin of one could cause others. Thus recourse to the communion of saints lets the contrite sinner be more promptly and efficaciously purified of the punishments for sin. + HEBREWS 12:1-2
THE CLOUD OF WITNESSES? CCC 2683 The witnesses who have preceded us into the kingdom,41 especially those whom the Church recognizes as saints, share in the living tradition of prayer by the example of their lives, the transmission of their writings, and their prayer today. They contemplate God, praise him and constantly care for those whom they have left on earth. When they entered into the joy of their Master, they were "put in charge of many things."42 Their intercession is their most exalted service to God's plan. We can and should ask them to intercede for us and for the whole world. |
