natural rattan beads for Aves with vintage Pater beads

NATURAL RATTAN AVE BEADS
A beautiful Ave bead of natural rattan wears beautifully in time. My rosary is made of these beads and have taken on a deeper, richer brown over the years. The Pater beads are a cluster of little glass caps, some vintage - that frame the coral colored center that reminds us of a berry pod. So rich in color!

Our metals are cast from antique and vintage pieces in sterling and solid bronze then antiqued to restore their original patina.

A GLORIOUS
PATINA OVER TIME
This series was one of our first and has been one of our most popular rosaries since the beginning. We still love it and glad many of you agree! It was originally made of 'buri seed' (poor mans ivory) but when we found out how beautifully the rattan aged, (also called ' Moon and Stars' bead), we decided to give it a try - and to our delightful surprise, it developed a glorious patina over time when prayed!

... it is incredibly strong ...
Have just returned from Ireland, where I was at a meeting. I brought the Buri Seed Rosary with me and, in the midst of a rather difficult meeting, it was good to hold on to it, and to use it at night. It is incredibly strong and velvet-like at the same time. The Foundation (turquoise) Rosary I will use on Saturdays. Beautiful beads. Anyway, thanks again. And I shall be singing your praises! Fr Michael (UK)

... it just feels so comfortable in the hand ...
The Burri seed rosary has easily become my favorite with which to pray already! It just feels so comfortable in the hand. I really like the new Paters (of course the photo did not really do the whole rosary justice on the website). The "burri" seed, whatever that may be, really looks like a tagua nut---something I have wanted to make a rosary out of for some time now. At any rate, I was so impressed with the burri seed, that I may want to buy another to give to a friend. Are there more in your inventory? Let me know at your convenience.
